Heavenly Father,
At the burning bush, you called to Moses
To remove his shoes because he was standing on holy ground.
Daily you call us to remove from our lives All the obstacles that distract us from Doing your will.
As we sacrifice and contribute from our personal resources
For the growth of your Kingdom in our diocese On this holy ground,
May you remove from us all spiritual blindness.
May your grace renew our walk in faith,
Rekindle our joyful hope,
And ignite our love of giving.
We ask this, as in all things,
In Jesus’ name and
Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
